With a hands-on experience on a various assortment of projects ranging from the concept stage to the presentation stage to the construction stage, I have perfected the art of 3D design, BIM and 4D Virtual Design Construction (VDC) simulation, production and post-production enhancement to the best visually accurate representation of a concept with every new instalment in the world of design software tools. 

• Experienced in BIM 4D VDC and digital project delivery, overseeing the entire process. Specializes in 4D VDC construction simulations, integrating BIM models with visual timelines and graphics. Proficient in collecting and importing BIM and Primavera (P6) file data for developing Baseline and actual construction 4D presentations. Utilizes a wide range of BIM and digital animation software, such as Synchro 4D, Navisworks, iConstruct, Revit, Civil 3D, InfraWorks, Primavera(P6), Project, Excel, Premiere & After Effects, to accurately portray project programs and real-time status.

• Extensive expertise in architectural, engineering, construction, and digital media/animation software. Developed graphical presentations for building construction and infrastructure projects, utilizing a variety of digital graphics and animation tools like 3ds Max, Lumion, Illustrator, Photoshop and PowerPoint. Created visually captivating and informative content to enhance the construction business.

• Development of BIM models throughout the project stages, including design, construction stages and the Implementation of ISO 19650 and BSI-PAS1192 standards. Deep knowledge of project management lifecycle, applying an agile mindset for efficient project execution.

• Proficient in creating captivating 3D visualizations and concept designs: Utilize a range of architectural and interior design software, including 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects, and various AI tools. Apply advanced rendering techniques, lighting, materials, and textures to breathe life into designs, delivering clients with realistic and immersive representations of their projects.
